This Privacy Policy describes how TIM Anonymous (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a safe and anonymous experience.
Our core principle is anonymity. We have designed our app to not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) that could directly link a message to you. We do not collect:
Your name, email address, or phone number
Your device’s unique identifiers
Your location data
Your IP address
To make our Services function, we do collect a minimal amount of anonymized data. This data cannot be used to identify you personally. We collect:
Content of Messages: The messages you send and receive are stored on our servers. This is necessary for the app to work. We do not associate these messages with any personal identity.
Interaction Data: We may collect data on how you interact with the app, such as the number of messages sent or received, and reactions to messages. This data is aggregated and anonymized.
Usage Data: We may collect non-identifiable usage data to help us improve the app’s performance and features, such as crash reports or general app usage patterns.
We use the anonymized information we collect for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Services. This includes:
Delivering Messages: To send and receive anonymous messages.
Enhancing the App: To analyze usage trends, fix bugs, and develop new features to improve your experience.
Providing Customer Support: To help you troubleshoot issues, although we won’t be able to identify you unless you provide information voluntarily during a support request.
We do not sell or rent any user information. The anonymized data we collect is not shared with third parties, with the following exceptions:
Service Providers: We may use third-party services for hosting or analytics, but only if they agree to our strict privacy standards and do not collect any PII.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, such as in response to a court order or subpoena, or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or the public.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app. Your continued use of the Services after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at binamark41@gmail.com.
Because TIM Anonymous is built on the principle of anonymity, we do not have user accounts tied to personal information. This means we have no way to identify you or your messages.
If you want to delete the messages you’ve sent or received, you must do so from within the app itself.
You can delete your messages and the data associated with them at any time directly in the TIM Anonymous app.
Open the app and go to the message you want to delete.
Select the message/stories and look for a delete option.
Confirm the deletion. Once you confirm, the message will be permanently removed from our servers.
Important: Because we do not store any personal information, we cannot recover messages once they have been deleted. Deleting a message is irreversible.
When you delete a message, it is permanently removed from both your device and our servers. The content, any reactions, and all related anonymous data are securely and permanently erased.
Still have questions? If you have an issue with the deletion process, you can contact our support team. While we can’t identify your specific messages, we can help troubleshoot any technical issues. You can reach us at binamark@gmail.com.
